Story

🏃‍♀️ I’m running the London Marathon April 2026 – and I need YOUR help!

That’s right — I’ve signed up to tackle 26.2 miles / 42.19 kilometres of sweat, blisters, and questionable life choices… all to raise money for Headway Thames Valley, a brain injury charity that means the world to me and my family.

This one’s personal. My brother — who now happens to be the General Manager of Headway Thames Valley — suffered a traumatic brain injury several years ago. Watching him fight back, rebuild, and then dedicate his life to helping others has been beyond inspiring. So, what better way to show my support than by running alongside him (and probably trying to keep up with him) in the London Marathon?

Headway Thames Valley does incredible work helping people rebuild their lives after brain injury — from rehab and recovery to emotional support and community connection. They’re truly changing lives every single day.

So, here’s the deal: I’m putting in the kilometres, but I need YOU to put in the pounds (or dirhams, or dollars — I don’t discriminate 😄).

Every donation — big or small — makes a massive difference… but let’s be honest, go big if you can! Think of it as sponsoring a slightly over-ambitious runner who refuses to quit.

💛 Donate, share, cheer me on, and be part of something amazing.

Together, we can help Headway Thames Valley keep doing what they do best — giving people their lives back.

Thank you so much for your support — and for keeping me motivated when my legs inevitably start questioning all my life decisions!
