Fees

Our fees are simple and transparent: there are no setup costs, no monthly subscriptions, no unwanted donor tipping, and fees only apply to online payments.

Payment fee – charged by the payment provider, such as PayPal, Visa or Mastercard (fixed amount + a percent of the transaction)
Platform fee – charged by us (a percent of the transaction)
