Story

In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon – my first marathon – for Headway Thames Valley, a charity that supports people living with the life-changing effects of brain injury.

Headway Thames Valley provides vital rehabilitation, therapy and practical support to individuals and families, helping people regain independence, confidence and a sense of hope after brain injury. Their work makes a real impact every day across local communities, including Henley, where I grew up. Every donation will help ensure these essential services continue reaching those who need them most.

Headway Thames Valley is a Henley-on-Thames charity that supports local people living in Berkshire and South Oxfordshire, helping to improve life after brain injury.

Headway Thames Valley work with adults of all ages helping them live with brain injury. We provide a range of services and support whether it’s at Brunner Hall, our Centre in Henley-on-Thames, or through our Living with Brain Injury Courses and Brain Injury Support Groups.
